Lakeview Town House

This 1970′s split level townhouse had an innovative interior layout but suffered from a lack of light and outdated finishes. In the new design, a previously obstructionist wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed enhancing the visual flow within the unit. Low built in millwork features throughout as a way to display the clients’ art glass collection.
