Buying a property is one of the biggest design decisions you will ever make and we provide design based real estate services to help you make the smartest choice. For many people this is the first step in a process that includes working with us on the architectural design, construction, and interior design of a new home or renovation. For others it is simply a way to integrate design thinking into their real estate decision making process.

We developed the Slow Home Test to help homebuyers evaluate the underlying design quality of candidate properties. We use it to augment the traditional metrics of cost, size, location, and comparable values when helping you make the best purchase decision. The Slow Home Test is one component of the Design Evaluation Report that we provide as part of our homebuyer’s real estate service. This unique report also includes an initial Residential Profile Assessment, a market analysis of comparable properties, and an architectural design evaluation for the selected property.
