An innovative plan strategy emerged when a previously unusable attached garage space was transformed into a luxurious master suite with a direct connection to an outdoor terrace. On the main level, a millwork feature wall made of black oak organizes the living and kitchen spaces while the light filled rotunda like dining space looks out over the landscaped court below.
